MS® Fastener
The revolutionary MS® Fastener is an innovative and fast solution for joining your belts by simply screwing them together
This mechanical joint is designed and patented by MLT and is extremely easy to install. It is inspired by rivet joint technology, which brings a great advance in ease of installation. Indeed, MS® Fastener is a metal fastener to be screwed on. The installation screws are self-tapping screws: no need to pre-drill or use templates. The screws pass directly through the belt when the fastener is mounted (from 3.5 to 18 mm thick). In addition, it is easy and does not require any special tools for easy installation: an electric or pneumatic drive is enough. MS® Fastener then falls into the category of truly revolutionary in the metal fastener market, because it is more economical, practical and safe.
Resistant in all situations. It can be installed on belts with high tensile strength: up to 800 PIW (1250N/mm) and pulley diameters from 3'' to 18'' (75 to 450 mm). Its bolts allow for easy tightening and fastening to the belt with a "vice effect". Using a stainless steel fastener, MS® Fasteners joins belts intended for the food, beverage and recycling industries. Our fasteners are segmented to easily break to the required width. The connecting pin is available in diameters from 4 to 10 mm (0.3'' to 0.18''). Available in painted steel or stainless steel-coated polyamide.
